Bristlecone Construction Served as the General Contractor for the three phase historic renovation project in the heart of downtown Denver. The first phase was a full MEP overhaul of the 4-story building. The building was kept fully occupied during the construction. The second phase included a full demo and TI for the basement level retail tenants and building amenity areas. New office spaces were added to the building and the basement floor was lowered to increase the ceiling height. During this phase, structural bridge infills were added for square footage to existing restaurants and enclosed the garden level to activate the space for new tenant spaces. The third phase of the project was an update to the streetscape. This included full activation and restoration of Market Street where the sidewalk was expanded for new restaurant patios and new landscaping and structural repairs were completed.
