The Marine Park Apartments value-add remodel project consists of a complete interior / exterior remodel of the 92-unit apartment complex located in the heart of Boulder on Broadway. All interior finishes were replaced and MEP upgrades were completed throughout including new boilers in each tower all while the building remained 50% occupied.
