The Columbine Knolls Recreation District selected Bristlecone Construction to be the Design-Builder for their new Pool Clubhouse, replacing the existing 53-year old structure. The building features mass timber elements to match their existing outdoor pergola entertainment space, conference rooms, administrative offices, locker rooms, and a snack bar as well as reconfiguration of the existing parking lot to accommodate the new space and drainage.
