Cirrus Apartments features 292 apartment units and amenities including a Yoga Studio and Pool deck West of Mile High Stadium. The project features a Cross Laminated Timber floor/ceiling structure and redi-core pre-fabricated stair and elevator cores that enabled a contracted project duration.
