Bristlecone Construction served as the General Contractor for the demolition and renovation of this 4,000 SF building in Littleton’s historic downtown Main Street. The project included separation of the existing space into two storefronts, one housing a new restaurant and the other fitted out for office/retail as well as replacement of the front and rear building façade and amenity buildout on the alley side of the property.
